Instructions
- In a container, mash the cassava tape using a fork.
- Add flour, granulated sugar and sweetened condensed milk. Stir well.
- Pour in the water and stir until smooth.
- Cook the tape mixture over low heat until it thickens and explodes. Turn off the heat.
- Take one gabin cake. Put the tape mixture on top and spread it evenly. Stack/cover on top with gabin cake then trim the sides. Repeat this step until all the dough is used up.
- Heat lots of oil. Fry the gabin tape until it turns brown on both sides. Lift and drain.
- Ready to be served.
