  1. 1. Soak white bread with sufficient water, mash it. Set aside. 2. Skin the chicken by inserting your finger under the skin of the chicken breast. 3. Move your fingers slowly following the shape of the chicken until the chicken skin comes off. 4. Leave the chicken wings and bones under the chicken thighs. Do this slowly so that the chicken skin doesn't tear and all the chicken skin comes off. 5. Take the meat then grind it. 6. Sew the chicken skin at the base of the open neck. Set aside. 7. Filling: Mix ground chicken, ground beef, crushed white bread, fried onions, eggs and spices except boiled eggs. Mix all ingredients well. 8. Put the filling mixture into the chicken skin, insert the boiled egg into the meat mixture on the right and left sides of the chicken's body. Keep filling until the chicken becomes solid and forms a whole chicken. 9. Sew the open part of the chicken until it is tightly closed. Then prick the chicken skin with a needle or toothpick, so it doesn't break when steaming. Steam for 1 hour over medium heat. 10. Mix all the rub ingredients, stir well, then rub the steamed frog chicken with the rub, oven at 160°C for 5 minutes. 11. Remove from the oven, brush again with the spreading agent, repeat up to 3 times spreading. After that, bake for 20 minutes, until the flavors are absorbed. 12. Sauce: heat margarine, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add the flour, mix well, pour in the broth and add the spices, stir well. Cook until boiling, turn off the heat. 13. Serve the frog chicken with the sauce as well as additional boiled vegetables and fried potatoes.
