- Boil water in a pan. Clean the oncom by watering the entire surface of the oncom. Drain then cut according to taste.
- Mix wheat flour, rice flour and other ingredients. mix well.
- Pour 150 ml of cold water into the spiced flour mixture, stir until there are no lumps of flour.
- Heat cooking oil, dip the oncom in the spiced flour mixture then fry until brown, drain. Serve when warm.
