  1. Take 2 potatoes, cut them lengthwise for french fries. The rest, cut each into 6 pieces for potato wedges.
  2. Heat water in a pan. Add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp salt. Once boiling, add the potatoes and boil for 20 minutes. Lift and drain.
  3. Arrange the potatoes in a container and try not to overlap them. Place in the freezer for 1 night.
  4. Heat a lot of oil. Fry the potatoes in really hot oil, use medium heat.
  5. Fry until crusty and brown. Lift.
  6. When hot, for the french fries, sprinkle with salt, parsley and parmesan cheese. Meanwhile, for the potato wedges, brush with the special spice mixture.
  7. Serve.
  8. 1. Put the potatoes in the freezer for at least 1 night so that the results are crispy and delicious. The longer the better. 2. Sprinkle cheese and special spices directly when the potatoes are still hot and have just come out of the frying pan, so that the aroma is stronger.
