Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix flour, margarine, sugar and salt. Stir until the mixture is evenly mixed.
2. Add the beaten egg. Stir well.
3. Slowly pour in the coconut milk, followed by boiled water, while continuing to stir the mixture until smooth.
4. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Mix one part with cocoa powder, then stir well. Leave one part alone.
5. Flatten the chocolate mixture and white mixture. Place the chocolate flat dough on top of the white flat dough. Press and then roll the dough until it sticks together and forms a cylinder.
6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
7. Flatten the dough again, then cut it thinly and flatten it again. Do this until the dough runs out.
8. Heat lots of oil. Fry the elephant ears until cooked and brown. Lift and drain,
