Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups orzo
- 15 ounces canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed, 1 can)
- ⅓ cup finely diced red onion
- 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1 ½ cups diced fresh tomatoes (diced)
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
Steps
