- 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- 3/4 cup plain or vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon bee pollen
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- optional: 1-2 tablespoons of honey to sweeten, if needed
Steps
Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth. If you need to thin out the smoothie, add extra almond milk.
Taste, and add some honey if you’d like the smoothie to be sweeter.
Serve immediately, garnished with extra bee pollen, hemp seeds, and chia seeds, if desired.
