  1. Heat a little oil to make scrambled eggs, then set aside in a frying pan.
  2. Pour in a little oil and saute the ground spices until fragrant.
  3. Add fish sauce and all animal ingredients (shrimp, squid, gizzard liver, meatballs), stir-fry briefly and stir well.
  4. Add rice, stir all ingredients until evenly mixed.
  5. Add salt, chicken stock powder, ground pepper and sweet soy sauce. Stir until evenly mixed & fragrant.
  6. Finally add the vegetable ingredients (caisim, cabbage, spring onions), stir well until the vegetables wilt.
  7. Lift and serve.
  8. Choose para rice for maximum results.
