Instructions
- Heat coconut milk, sugar, salt and pandan leaves until boiling.
- Add corn and liquid milk. Cook until the corn flakes look cooked. Reduce the stove heat.
- Pour in the rice flour solution. Stir until thick and bubbling. Lift.
- Ready to be served.
- 1. When the rice flour solution is added, stir continuously until it thickens. This is done so that the texture of the porridge remains smooth. 2. Puree some of the shelled corn using a blender or food processor. If you like more textured porridge, then reduce the amount of ground corn.
