Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut cream (cold)
  • 1/3 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 avocado (frozen)
  • 1/2 banana (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup pineapple (frozen)
  • 2 tsp almond butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp blue majik spirulina (plus extra)
  • vanilla stevia (or other sweetener, to taste)

Steps

  1. Use a whisk or frother to whip up the coconut cream until light and fluffy.

  2. Add a 1/4 of the coconut cream to the bottom of a glass and reserve 2 tbsp for the top of the smoothie.

  3. Sprinkle blue majik onto the sides of the glass and set aside.

  4. Place the almond milk, coconut cream, avocado, banana, pineapple, almond butter, collagen powder, vanilla, blue majik, and sweetener in a blender and blend until smooth and thick.

  5. Pour the smoothie into the glass and top with the reserved coconut cream. Enjoy!
