  1. Beat the eggs, sugar, honey with a whisk or whisk until slightly fluffy and thick.
  2. Add flour, powdered milk and baking soda. Stir with a whisk.
  3. Add liquid milk then stir again with a whisk. Leave it for approximately 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Remove from the refrigerator, then stir again briefly. Pour with a ladle into a heated non-stick frying pan. When it is porous and the edges start to dry out, turn it over. Leave it for a moment, lift it. Do the same thing until the dough runs out.
  5. Fill the inside of the dorayaki with your favorite chocolate sauce or jam, stack it with other dorayaki. Press the edges so they are cupped.
  6. Dorayaki filled with chocolate is ready to be served.
  7. Use low heat so that the mixture is completely cooked and doesn't burn quickly.
