Instructions
- Beat the eggs, sugar, honey with a whisk or whisk until slightly fluffy and thick.
- Add flour, powdered milk and baking soda. Stir with a whisk.
- Add liquid milk then stir again with a whisk. Leave it for approximately 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Remove from the refrigerator, then stir again briefly. Pour with a ladle into a heated non-stick frying pan. When it is porous and the edges start to dry out, turn it over. Leave it for a moment, lift it. Do the same thing until the dough runs out.
- Fill the inside of the dorayaki with your favorite chocolate sauce or jam, stack it with other dorayaki. Press the edges so they are cupped.
- Dorayaki filled with chocolate is ready to be served.
- Use low heat so that the mixture is completely cooked and doesn't burn quickly.
