- Heat the steamer over low heat and cover the steamer lid with a cloth napkin.
- Grease with oil the area of the tulban baking dish measuring top diameter 22 bottom diameter 18.5 height 8.5.
- Blend banana, chocolate paste, sweetened condensed and salt. Then set it aside.
- Mixer eggs, sugar and emulsifier until pale and fluffy.
- After that, add the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder which have been sifted gradually then stir again slowly or use the lowest speed mixer.
- Add the mashed banana, stir gently. Then add the cooking oil, stir gently until no cooking oil settles.
- Pour into a baking dish then top with bananas and chocolate chips.
- Steam for 40 minutes using medium to low heat. Cook until the mixture is cooked by doing a skewer test.
- 1. Use sugar according to taste. If you like it sweeter, you can add it. Adjust according to the sweetness level of the banana. 2. If the color is not dark enough, you can add chocolate paste according to taste. 3. White sweetened thick cream can be replaced with chocolate sweetened thick cream.
