  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried Mexican oregano
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper (or adjust to your preferred spice level)
  • 1 tbsp green chile powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Chimayo chile powder (optional)
  • 2 tsp ancho chile powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp ground bay leaf (optional)
