Chili Powder Recipe

- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried Mexican oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper (or adjust to your preferred spice level)
- 1 tbsp green chile powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp Chimayo chile powder (optional)
- 2 tsp ancho chile powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander (optional)
- 1/4 tsp ground bay leaf (optional)
Steps
Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl. Store in an airtight container.
