  1. Cut the chicken into 4 pieces, or according to taste. Then marinate with salt and pepper. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  2. After the chicken is marinated, heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until cooked.
  3. Get rid of the oil left over from frying the chicken, and leave just a little oil for stir-frying. Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant. Then add soy sauce and sweet soy sauce. Stir well.
  4. Add chicken, stir well. Pour in water, add pepper, sugar, salt and mushroom stock.
  5. Cook until the water reduces and the sauce thickens. Once cooked, it is ready to be served with warm rice.
  6. For the perfect taste, make sure the sauce spices are absorbed and the sauce becomes thicker.
