  1. Prepare a container, add clean chicken pieces, tamarind juice and salt to taste. Stir well. Leave it for a moment to absorb.
  2. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices until fragrant.
  3. Add lime leaves, bay leaves and lemongrass. Stir well.
  4. Add chicken pieces and coconut milk. Stir gently and take care not to break the coconut milk.
  5. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar and salt. Stir well. Correct the taste. Cook until the spices boil and the chicken is cooked.
  6. Ready to be served.
