Instructions

  1. Grind or finely chop the meat with beef fat.
  2. Mix ground beef, sweet soy sauce, tamarind water, eggs and ground spices.
  3. Prepare 2 skewers, take a little dough, wrap the meat in a slightly puffy shape on the skewers. Then wrap the meat with aluminum foil.
  4. Prepare grilled satay. Then grill the satay without oil until it has a burnt texture, then rub with a spreading agent until cooked.
  5. Once cooked, serve the satay with chili sauce and accompaniments.
