Instructions

  1. Cook all pandan jelly ingredients until boiling, cool, cut into small cubes, set aside.
  2. Mix all the sauce ingredients, coconut water, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, pandan paste, stir well.
  3. Add young coconut meat, nata de coco and its water, sago pearls and pandan jelly, stir well.
  4. Store in the refrigerator until cold, when ready to serve sprinkle with grated cheese.
