Instructions
- Cook all pandan jelly ingredients until boiling, cool, cut into small cubes, set aside.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients, coconut water, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, pandan paste, stir well.
- Add young coconut meat, nata de coco and its water, sago pearls and pandan jelly, stir well.
- Store in the refrigerator until cold, when ready to serve sprinkle with grated cheese.
