Blueberry Spinach Smoothie
This creamy, quick blueberry spinach smoothie is perfect for weight loss, healthy breakfast, post workout and snacks! Make without dairy too.

Ingredients

- 1 cup loosely packed spinach
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (or honey, plus additional to taste)
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal (optional)
Steps

Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed: spinach, almond milk, oats, blueberries, yogurt, maple syrup, and flaxseed.
