- 1. Boil the chicken until tender. Remove and set aside the broth. Cut the chicken into small cubes. Set aside. 2. Fry the tofu until cooked. Lift and drain. Set aside. 3. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices until fragrant. 4. Add ebi, star anise and cloves. Stir well. 5. Add chicken and tofu. Stir well. 6. Season with sugar, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well. 7. Pour in the chicken stock and cook until it boils and is absorbed. 8. Add spring onions and sesame oil. Stir well. Remove and set aside.
- 1. In a container, mix and stir all the ingredients well. 2. Pour in a plastic triangle then cut off the tip. 3. Heat a lot of oil. Spray the dough into an elongated shape in hot oil. Do this until finished and fry until cooked. Lift and drain. 4. Cut the fried food into pieces. Set aside.
- 1. In a saucepan, boil the stock water until it boils. 2. Saute the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Remove and put into the boiling broth. 3. Season with pepper, sugar and salt. Cook again until boiling. Correct the taste. 4. Add sliced spring onions. Remove and set aside.
- 1. Arrange white rice on a serving plate. 2. Add stir-fried chicken, fried shrimp and pindang eggs. 3. Pour with broth. 4. Ready to serve.
- If you don't have time to cook boiled eggs, boiled eggs can also be cooked at the same time as stir-fried chicken.
