Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • southwest seasoning ( or your favorite meat seasonings)
  • 8 slices bacon

Steps

  1. Preheat oven or grill to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with foil

  2. Season the pork with your favorite seasoning blend.

  3. Wrap the pork tenderloin in bacon using toothpicks to secure.

  4. Place pork on a foil-lined sheet and bake 18-20 minutes or until a meat thermometer reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.

  5. Broil 2-3 minutes to crisp bacon.
