  1. Wash the chicken thoroughly then rub the chicken with salt and lime juice, marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Puree the spices: shallots, garlic, ginger and laos.
  3. Put the chicken in a saucepan, combine with ground spices, coconut water, salt, lemongrass, bay leaves and sugar. Boil until the chicken is tender and the sauce has reduced. Use low heat so that the spices can penetrate into the chicken.
  4. Once the marinade is cooked and cooked, turn off the heat, the bacem chicken is ready to be served.
