  1. In a container, mix powdered gelatin, powdered jelly and granulated sugar. Stir well.
  2. Add liquid milk slowly, stir until evenly mixed. Cook until boiling while continuing to stir, turn off the heat. Leave it until the hot steam disappears.
  3. Blend the avocado with a little boiled water until smooth. Pour into a rather large container.
  4. Pour in the cooked gelatin with the avocado, gradually, stirring evenly. (Don't reverse this process, so don't put the avocado in the agar solution because the avocado will float, clump and be difficult to combine with the agar solution).
  5. Pour the avocado pudding into the mold. Store in the refrigerator, serve cold.
  6. 1. Don't cook the avocado flesh and add it last so that the pudding doesn't taste bitter. 2. Wet the mold first so that the pudding can easily be released from the mold.
