Ingredients

8 servings
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup sesame oil
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 large garlic cloves, ( minced)
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1½ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin

Steps

  1. Mix all of the marinade ingredients in a large zip freezer bag. Trim the fat and silverskin from the tenderloins and add to the bag. Marinate for 6 to 8 hours in the refrigerator (or overnight).

  2. When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 450℉. Place the tenderloins on a foil-lined roasting pan. Bake about 25 minutes, or until the temperature inside reaches 145℉.
