Instructions

  1. In a container, combine all ingredients except coconut milk, eggs and cooking oil. Mix well and knead by hand.
  2. Add the warm coconut milk little by little, while continuing to knead the mixture until smooth. Stop adding coconut milk when the mixture can be rolled up, don't make it too soft or runny.
  3. Add the beaten egg and cooking oil. Stir well.
  4. Heat a flat non-stick frying pan or mud cake pan. Spread with margarine.
  5. Pour in 1 full tablespoon (munjung) of wingko mixture. Grill over low heat until golden brown on both sides. Lift.
  6. Ready to be served.
  7. 1. Adjust the amount of thick coconut milk with the wingko mixture. If the mixture still looks dry and cannot be rolled out, then you can add more coconutl. 2.
