White Chocolate Brownies
Moist, chewy, and loaded with creamy white chocolate flavor, these brownies will be your new favorite dessert. It only takes a few pantry staples to whip them up and they turn out perfectly every time.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces white chocolate (chopped)
- 1 ¼ cups unsalted butter
- 3 large eggs, (room temperature)
- 1 egg yolk, (room temperature)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with pan spray. You may also line the pan with parchment paper, leaving a 1-inch overhang on either side. Spray the parchment lightly with pan spray.

In a medium bowl, gently melt 8 ounces white chocolate and 1 ¼ cups unsalted butter together either over a double boiler or in the microwave. Heat at 50% power in 30-second increments, stirring between each one until it is fully melted.

In a large bowl, whisk together 3 large eggs,1 egg yolk, 1 cup granulated sugar, and 1 ½ tablespoons vanilla extract . Add in 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour and ½ teaspoon salt and mix until just combined. Fold in the melted chocolate and butter until fully combined.

Pour the thick batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.

Let the brownies cool for 20-30 minutes before cutting and serving.
