Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey (agave nectar if vegan)
  • 3/4 cup milk (almond, soy, etc. if vegan)

Steps
