- Make Seasoning: Crush the fried peanuts, cayenne pepper and garlic, add salt, sweet soy sauce and water, while continuing to knead until smooth. Add the lime slices, stir for a while to release the aroma.
- Arrange the rice cake slices, fried tofu, bean sprouts, and cabbage slices on a plate.
- Drizzle with peanut sauce, then sprinkle with sliced celery, fried shallots and fried peanuts.
- Serve lontong tofu with uyel crackers. Before eating, drizzle with lime juice and stir well.
