  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients then stir well using a spoon, until a thick dough forms. 2. Cover the bowl using plastic wrap. 3. Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature. 4. Put it in the refrigerator and let it sit for 16 hours.
  2. Crunchy nutella: mix all ingredients until evenly mixed. Sausage pizza sauce: saute the onions and sausage until fragrant. Add tomato sauce and other spices, stir continuously until it explodes. Remove and cool. Chocolate: cook water, sugar and margarine until it boils. Add the remaining dry ingredients and stir continuously until bubbling. Remove and cool. Sweet cheese: mix all ingredients until evenly mixed.
  3. 1. In a large container, mix all the flour, powdered milk, granulated sugar and yeast. Mix well. 2. Add the beaten eggs and milk little by little. Stir well. 3. Add the starter mixture then knead or mixer until smooth. 4. Add butter and salt then knead or mixer again until smooth and elastic. 5. Round the dough then cover the container with a wet napkin, let it rise until it doubles in size. 6. Prepare a baking sheet (I used 2 baking sheets measuring 20x10 cm), line it with baking paper. Set aside. 7. Take the dough that has risen, then deflate it and divide it into 16 equal parts. 8. Fill each part of the dough with the filling according to your taste. 9. Place and arrange each part of the dough into the pan. Leave some space in between. 10. Let stand again until the dough doubles in size. 11. Brush the surface with egg yolk. 12. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 170-190°C. Remove and cool to remove from the tin. Ready to be served.
  4. 1. Biang can be made in the afternoon, so it can be used to make bread the next day. 2. If you knead the dough manually using your hands, you can occasionally slam the dough, so that it becomes smooth quickly (doesn't stick to the container). 3. After removing the bread from the oven, brush the surface again with butter so that it is shiny and not dry. 4. You can create the shape and filling of the torn bread according to your taste.
