Swiss Cheese Pie

- 1 whole pie crust
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, (beaten)
- 1½ cups half and half cream
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 medium onion, (finely chopped)
Steps
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the unbaked pastry crust in 9-inch pie pan and crimp the edges.
In a large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Pour into the pie shell and bake 50 minutes, or until puffy and golden brown.
