Ingredients

  • 1 whole pie crust
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, (beaten)
  • 1½ cups half and half cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 medium onion, (finely chopped)

Steps
