Ingredients

16 servings
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix all ingredients (except last 4) together using an electric mixer. Beat for 3-4 minutes. Pour into greased bundt pan.

  3. Bake for 45 minutes. Mix last 4 ingredients to make the glaze while cake is baking. Let cool completely. Drizzle with glaze.
