  1. Wash the soybeans and soak them in plenty of water overnight to soften. Remove the epidermis and wash again until clean. Drain.
  2. In a blender, add the soybeans and 1/2 liter of water. Blend until smooth then strain through thin cloth.
  3. Blend the remaining filter dregs again with 1/2 liter of water. Strain again with thin cloth.
  4. In a saucepan, pour soy milk. Add pandan leaves, ginger, sugar, salt and water. Cook while continuing to stir until it boils. Immediately turn off the fire.
  5. Ready to be served warm or cold.
