Ingredients

  • 3 lbs (1.35kg) shrimp (shelled and deveined tail-on )
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 dashes cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

Steps

  1. Soak the bamboo skewers in water. Rinse the shrimp, pat them dry with paper towels, and set aside.
