Instructions

  1. Fry the tofu until brown, set aside.
  2. Soak broccoli in salt water, set aside.
  3. Saute the garlic until fragrant, then add the beef and stir-fry until it changes color. Add all the vegetables, stir until evenly mixed.
  4. Add 1/2 glass of water, add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, stock powder then stir until evenly mixed. Cover the pan and let it sit for 7-10 minutes.
  5. Add the sago flour solution, stir quickly until thickened. Finally add the tofu and it's ready to be served.
  6. 1. Fry the tofu first so it doesn't fall apart when cooked. 2. So that the tofu doesn't fall apart when frying, use an IKEA SPECIELL spatula (See Lazada DISCOUNT). With this spatula, the pan will not be scratched and the tofu will not be destroyed because it is made from food grade polyamide which is not sharp, non-sticky and non-sticky. 3. Broccoli is soaked in salt water to repel caterpillars that may be in the broccoli.
