Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons minyak
  • 1.3 lbs udang (dikupas dan dikupas)
  • ¾ cups air
  • 2 tablespoons ampas asam jawa (dicampur dengan 1/2 gelas air dan disaring)
  • 6 kaffir lime leaves (sliced thinly)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar (to taste)
  • 10 dried red chilies ( seeded)
  • 10 shallots (peeled)
  • 30 g belacan

Steps

  1. Tumbuk Pasta Bumbu menggunakan lesung dan alu atau haluskan dengan food processor. Menyisihkan.

  2. Heat the cooking oil in a wok. Add the Spice Paste and stir-fry (or tumis) until aromatic.

  3. Tambahkan udang dan terus tumis selama sekitar 2-3 menit.

  4. Tambahkan air dan air asam jawa, lalu didihkan sebentar. Kemudian tambahkan daun jeruk purut, garam, dan gula. Angkat dan sajikan segera dengan nasi kukus.
