  • salt and black pepper (to taste)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease baking pan.

  2. Cut the pumpkin in half vertically and remove the seeds. Scoop out the stringy insides.

  3. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Place the pumpkin on the sheet pan, cut sides down, and pierce the outer skin with a fork or knife several times.
