Roasted Lemon Parmesan Garlic Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus, (trimmed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, (minced)
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, (grated)
- juice of one lemon
- kosher salt and cracked black pepper, ( to taste)
Steps

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange 1 pound asparagus, in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Toss the asparagus with 2 tablespoons olive oil then sprinkle with kosher salt and cracked black pepper,.

Roast for 8-10 minutes or until the asparagus is crisp on the outside and tender in the center.

Toss in 2 cloves garlic, minced, 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, and juice of one lemon. Add more if desired. Serve immediately.
