Ingredients

  • 2 Pints Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan
  • 5 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 5 Sprigs of Basil

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl add the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and stir it all together.

  3. Add it to a baking sheet lined with parchment and add the basil on top.
