Rainbow Sherbet Smoothie

Ingredients

- 1/2 haas avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup coconut-almond milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, plus 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup ice, or as needed
- 1 orange, peeled and segments separated
- 1/2 frozen banana, peeled
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup coconut-almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup ice, or as needed
- 1 cup raspberries, plus more to top
- 1/2 frozen banana, peeled
- 1/2 cup coconut-almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup ice, or as needed
Steps

Place all of the lime smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined and no large chunks of ice remain. If necessary, add more ice or liquid to get to your desired consistency. Pour into a cup and refrigerate to prevent them from melting while you prepare the orange and raspberry smoothies. Repeat with the 2 remaining flavors.

Once you've prepared all three flavors, pour them into your glasses in alternating layers, allowing them to run together or build up unevenly. Top with additional raspberries and enjoy.
