Ingredients

4 servings
  • 12 crunchy taco shells
  • 2 cups Mexican pulled pork (roughly chopped)
  • ½ cup spicy barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups shredded pepper jack or Mexican blend cheese

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange the taco shells in a 9x13 baking pan. Scoop the pulled pork into each taco shell. Drizzle lightly with barbecue sauce.
