  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup milk

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 12 muffin tin with liners.

  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, ¼ teaspoon ginger, and ¼ teaspoon cloves.

  3. In another medium-sized bowl, whisk together the 1 cup granulated sugar, ½ cup light brown sugar, 2 large eggs, 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin, ½ cup vegetable oil, and ¼ cup milk. Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture and mix until combined.

  4. Fill each muffin liner with the batter about ¾ full. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.
