Perfect Pumpkin Muffins

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
- ¼ teaspoon cloves
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup milk
Steps
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 12 muffin tin with liners.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, ¼ teaspoon ginger, and ¼ teaspoon cloves.
In another medium-sized bowl, whisk together the 1 cup granulated sugar, ½ cup light brown sugar, 2 large eggs, 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin, ½ cup vegetable oil, and ¼ cup milk. Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture and mix until combined.
Fill each muffin liner with the batter about ¾ full. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.
