Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup quick or rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter (melted 30 to 60 seconds in the microwave.)

Steps

  1. Mash half of the banana with a fork.

  2. Combine 2/3 cup water, oats and the mashed banana in a small saucepan.
