Ingredients

  • 2 buah persik matang (diadu, dikupas dan dipotong dadu)
  • 1 teaspoon gula merah
  • ¼ teaspoon kayu manis bubuk
  • 2 cups low fat cottage cheese (I like Good Culture)
  • 2 tablespoons pistachio kupas cincang
  • Drizzle of honey (optional)

Steps

  1. Panaskan wajan kecil dengan api sedang dan semprotkan sedikit minyak.

  2. Tambahkan buah persik, gula merah, dan kayu manis, lalu aduk hingga tercampur. Biarkan tidak terganggu dan masak selama 1 menit. Campur dan masak sebentar lagi. Pindahkan ke mangkuk atau piring dan biarkan dingin selama 5 menit.

  3. Scoop 1 cup of cottage cheese into 2 bowls.
