Peach Iced Tea
Make the best of the end of summer with this recipe for peach iced tea.

Ingredients
- 4 tea bags (black tea and mint tea work well)
- 4 cups water
- ¼ -½ cup peach simple syrup

When I have the time, this is my preferred method and it's also the easiest. Place the teabags in a pitcher or large mason jar. Fill with 4 cups of water and place in the fridge overnight.

When ready to serve, add peach syrup to taste. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of peach, if desired.

Bring water to a boil and place a tea bag in a heat proof jar. Add ½ cup of water. Steep the tea for about 3 minutes and remove the tea bag. Add 1 cup of ice to the jar and close tightly. Shake until chilled.

Open the jar and add peach syrup to taste. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of peach, if desired.
