Pasta with Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti (Ronzoni Smart Taste or whole wheat)
- 1 large head cauliflower (roughly chopped (about 3 cups))
- 3 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup Tepung roti berbumbu Italia (saya pakai gandum utuh)
- 5 ikan teri
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 6 tbsp Keju Pecorino Romano
- 1/2 cup peterseli cincang
Steps

Rebus pasta dalam air asin sesuai petunjuk al dente. Tiriskan pasta, sisakan 1 gelas air.

Meanwhile, steam cauliflower (or boil) until tender. Set aside.

Tambahkan 1/2 sendok teh minyak ke dalam wajan kecil dan panggang remah roti, hati-hati jangan sampai gosong. Menyisihkan.

In a large frying pan sauté anchovies in remaining tablespoon of olive oil until they begin to dissolve.

Tambahkan bawang bombay dan masak dengan api sedang hingga berwarna keemasan.

Tambahkan kembang kol kukus dan aduk rata.

Aduk pasta dengan peterseli, keju, kembang kol, 1/2 cangkir air pasta yang sudah dicadangkan, (lebih banyak jika perlu) dan bumbui dengan garam dan merica sesuai selera.

Divide evenly between 6 plates.

Taburi dengan remah roti panggang dan sajikan.
