  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved )
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. To prepare sprouts, wash thoroughly, trim the stem end, and cut each in half from top to stem.
