Ingredients

  • 2 pounds green beans, (trimmed)
  • 4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 425° F.

  2. Put a sheet pan in the oven for 10 minutes.

  3. Place the beans in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss well to coat. Arrange the green bean mixture in a single layer on the pre-heated baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 8 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
