Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 carrots (peeled and chopped into inch-long chunks)
  • 1 medium vine-ripe tomato (cored)
  • 1 & 1/2 cups watermelon
  • 1/2 banana (frozen would be good, but not necessary)
