  1. In a container, mix 500 ml coconut milk with flour. Stir well until the flour is dissolved and there are no lumps.
  2. In a non-stick pan/pan, mix the remaining 300 ml of coconut milk with palm sugar and pandan leaves. Cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Pour the flour solution into the boiled coconut milk. Keep stirring until it thickens. Lift.
  4. Prepare a baking sheet or tray that has been covered with plastic. Pour the ongol-ongol mixture into the baking dish/tray. Leave it to cool. Cut the cake.
  5. Sprinkling Ingredients: Mix grated coconut with salt then steam until cooked.
  6. Coat the cake pieces with grated coconut until evenly coated.
  7. Ready to be served.
  8. 1. Sago flour can be replaced with tapioca flour/starch. 2. If you want it sweeter, you can add granulated sugar according to taste. 3. Prepare lots of containers/pans  for mixing the dough. 4.
