No Bake Rainbow Pie
I’m a huge fan of no bake desserts and even more so when those desserts take just FIVE MINUTES to make!

- 1 g raham cracker crust
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (approx. 2 whole lemons)
- 14 ounces crushed pineapple (well drained)
- 1 cup whipped topping (such as cool whip, plus more for garnish)
- 3 ½ cups fruit flavored miniature marshmallows
Steps
In a bowl, whisk together condensed milk and lemon juice.
Fold in remaining ingredients. Heap filling into the pie crust and refrgerate 4 hours or overnight.
