Instructions

  1. Heat lots of oil. Fry white tofu until cooked. Lift and drain. Cut into medium dice.
  2. Fry peanuts until cooked and brown. Lift and drain.
  3. Boil water in a pan. Just boil the bean sprouts and cabbage for 1 minute. Lift and drain.
  4. Boil instant noodles until cooked (just take the noodles without seasoning). Lift and drain.
  5. Gravy: In a saucepan, mix all the sauce ingredients together then bring to a boil. Correct the taste. Lift.
  6. Serve: Ketupat and fried tofu. Add noodles, bean sprouts, cabbage and beans. Drizzle with sauce. Top with celery, fried shallots and crackers. Ready to be served.
